The legal clinic at Yale Law School that is working with the ACLU to fight Trump’s executive order is asking anyone who has experienced any issues with Customs and Border Patrol due to the ban, including anyone getting turned back from boarding flights to the U.S. in other countries, or any other airport intimidation, to PLEASE WRITE TO airportwatch@mailman.yale.edu.

The call went out Friday night from the attorney supervising Yale’s Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic that legal help was needed and a band of third-year law students sprung into action. By 5:30 Saturday morning, the group, working with civil rights organizations, had filed an action aimed at blocking the order in federal court.
With the research and the reports on the ground – coming in part from attorneys at airports across the country – the group is preparing for the next court date on Feb. 13.
Reports, they said, are also coming from a hotline created in the wake of the presidential order: airportwatch@mailman.yale.edu.
